Chuck follows Serena to the treatment center where she is going to see her brother, and 'assumes' that Serena is an addict and seeking help there. He tells Blair and she outs Serena in front of everyone at the Ivy League soiree, and Serena goes along with the misunderstanding to protect her brother (Who is also present at the shindig). Afterwards Serena's brother confronts Blair with the truth and makes her feel like crap for what she did to Serena....prompting a maybe truce between the two at the end of the episode...
